Map & Directions

You can get to Inverness by plane, train, bus or car, and if you print out this page and the map from Google (opens in a new window) before you leave home, you’ll find us easily.

Well, you really need a car for the last bit!

The drive from Inverness to Badachro takes approximately 1.5 hours through stunningly beautiful scenery, over Glen Docherty (with a view west over Loch Maree that takes your breath away) and then along the lochside before cutting inland for the last wee stretch.

Location, location, location
Location, together with a family who are fantastic made us have a brilliant stay. Not forgetting the superb breakfast locally sourced!
Simon, Eleanor & James, Solihull.

The road flattens out a few miles before Gairloch and you should turn left (signposted Badachro) over a small stone bridge. Approximately 3.5 miles along this road you’ll enter the village of Badachro. As you enter the village, look over the bay and you’ll see Aird Hill on the hill in front of you. Drive to the far end of the village, where you should take a sharp right turn (sign-posted ‘Aird Hill B&B’) and we are the first gate on your left. Don’t hesitate to call us if you have any problems.

Safe journey!
