More than your average bed & breakfast…

From our B&B Guest Book

Best B&B ever!
Evening meal was just the best. Butter Nut soup with whisky… (I don’t like whisky), so he provided a wee dram in a jug and encouraged us to try it in the soup… wow… if you haven’t… then you should… make a trip here just for the soup! Fish pie and then… sticky toffee pudding and ice cream! Stunning! Breakfast is served with views to die for… We didn’t want to leave! Stop looking and book at least 1 night. I doubt you will be disappointed!

Charming and comfortable!
The house and rooms are a delight. The rooms are both cosy and tastefully decorated, and the view from breakfast is spectacular. The food was great – all fresh, home cooking. Vanessa and Gordon are very welcoming, and will make you feel at home, as well as giving you excellent advice about where to explore. This B&B is wonderful and really high-quality. I would highly recommend it!

Hail Aird Hill
Three couples stayed at Aird Hill one night in Sept. 2016. It was wonderful. A homey, bucolic, relaxing setting. Comfortable rooms, inviting lounge area. While writing post cards in the lounge, the sounds of one of the children practising violin (and very well). A very good dinner at nearby Badachro Inn. This would be a great location to spend several days.

Well worth the journey, very hard to leave
The rooms are very stylish but cosy, the hosts are lovely, the food is delicious and the setting is superb, For some the drive to Badachro may seem far but as an extremely relaxing base for Torridon or the Wester Ross coast its ideal – and the local Pub is superb and very welcoming as well as offering good local fare!

I can think of no place I’d rather be
Absolutely wonderful location, peaceful and for me, soothing. I can think of no place I’d rather be to take my mind off the pressures of life. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and will always remember the views and comfort of the house. Hope to be able to return before we travel down south. Our best wishes for your success and happiness in the future.

A Poem
The folks on the hill known as Aird,
made a life change that few would have dared,
They give bed and board,
to the sight seeing hoard,
who love this sweet house they have shared!
