Aird Hill Fresh & Local - growing fresh food organic style.

This is the other side of our business. Producing and supplying fresh premium salad leaves, herbs and soft fruit for local consumption. Started by Vanessa, the aim of this business is to get as much goodness-packed, fresh produce onto plates in local eateries and homes on the same day it's picked! Using pockets of quality land around the Gairloch, we follow organic principles, our chickens are free-ranging and our bees (nowhere near the B&B!) produce stunningly delicious honey.
