The beautiful Village and Bay at Badachro.
'One of the most beautiful havens in the world'
Badachro is tucked away on the south side of the Gairloch (the overside) on the stunningly beautiful north west coast of Scotland. With numerous secluded beaches offering views to the Isle or Skye, Lewis and beyond, the native wildlife and history truly set the imagination alight, promising experiences and memories to treasure for a long time to come.
Badachro was previously a fishing and fish salting centre, however evidence of much earlier history is to be found along the shore and in the surrounding hills, where the remains of viking homes and a pictish stone circle lie.
